Finished finally

Pheww, that took a long time. I'm not too crazy about the background, but I couldn't think of anything else to do. So I played around with colors to come up something that, hopefully, is satisfactory.

I made the initial sketch of Tia years ago when I was a HUGE fan of POTC, and she's still one of my favorite characters from the series, and I finally was able to really complete it. Hopefully you guys will like it. Either way, I'm proud of the work I put into it
